Lifetime Warranty!

Drawer boxes, glides, rails. It's all under our warranty. If you have a problem with your aspen log or barnwood furniture in the future, and are the original owner, we will ship you a replacement part, no questions asked. Most manufacturers who claim they have a lifetime warranty actually only honor it for seven years! Laws allow companies to advertise a lifetime warranty, but "lifetime" in legal language only means the average expected lifetime of the product that a company is selling. We believe that this is very misleading and people who don't read the fine print get left out in the cold if they have a problem after seven years. We build our furniture to last MUCH longer than seven years and have the warranty to prove it. We are so confident in our furniture that we can offer this as a TRUE lifetime warranty, it's not pro-rated!

Products are guaranteed to have structural integrity and free from structural defects. Due to the nature of log furniture, cracking and checking may occur and should be expected this is not considered a defect. Any cracking to the point of compromising the structural integrity of the product IS considered a defect and any effected item will be replaced. We do not ship green lumber, all dimensional wood used by our manufacturers is kiln dried and logs have be cured for several seasons.

You, the customer, MUST be completely satisfied with our furniture and decor. If for any reason you are not, you can return the products in good condition (not damaged) less shipping and handling charges and the original purchase price of your furniture will be refunded. Notification to Timber Designs must be made within 7 days from receipt of goods. This does not apply to Custom Orders.
